What happens at the estimate?
Robbie visits the property, looks at the roof or the part of the house you want to work on, asks what you have noticed, and walks you through the options and the reasoning behind them.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, credit card and bank transfer.
Is financing available?
Yes. Financing is available. Ask about it when you book your estimate.

Are you licensed and insured?

What certifications do you hold?
Millwood Roofing is GAF Certified Plus, a Velux Certified Installer, and a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business.
What is a GAF certified roofing contractor?
GAF, the shingle manufacturer, certifies roofing contractors who meet its requirements, and some of its extended warranty options are only offered through certified contractors. Millwood Roofing holds GAF Certified Plus.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years are available on qualifying roofing systems. Robbie explains which options apply to your roof at the estimate.
Is Millwood Roofing a local company?
Yes. Millwood Roofing is family-owned and locally owned, based in Framingham, MA, and was started by Robbie Smith in 2024.
